"Visions of Trismegistos is a very satisfying, mystical and coherent record, that marks a big step forward for an already proven company of Nekromantheon and also fills the gap left by the fathers of the scene. It proves that thrash metal doesn't always have to be generic and repetitive and that the genre and the old-school approach to it definitely isn't dead. It's a great confirmation that nowadays, Norway is the largest mine of exceptional thrash musicians".
